AES El Salvador among the most attractive companies to work for in 2024

• Online recruitment experts Tecoloco conducted the 17th edition of the "Most Attractive Companies to Work For" (EMAT) survey in El Salvador and other countries in the region.

• Based on the results, the EMAT Ranking was created, which recognizes the companies with the greatest reputation and leadership in the labor market.

AES El Salvador was ranked as the third most attractive company to work for in El Salvador according to the general EMAT 2024 ranking. In addition, in the study, the energy company achieved second place in the categories of regional companies and the service sector. AES also stood out in seventh position in the management category.

"These results reflect AES El Salvador's commitment to facing new challenges in the labor market, innovating in hiring models and being at the forefront of changing employment trends in the electricity industry," said Carlos Quiñónez, Human Resources Director of AES El Salvador.

The ranking evaluates the perception that respondents have of key factors for working in a company, such as leadership, talent attraction programs, work environment, remuneration, benefits, growth opportunities, among others.

Since the inception of EMAT, more than 15 years ago, AES El Salvador has remained one of the most attractive companies to work for in the country. In 2023, AES obtained the fourth position in the study, one step below the results achieved in 2024, which represents the company's continuous and progressive progress in this area.

These results are the product of innovation focused on human talent development and a solid organizational culture, tools with which AES El Salvador constantly seeks to be one of the most attractive companies to work for.
